Access-4-Free provides free internet access for up to 10 hours in any given month. This service is also advertisement free. Additional hours are billed at $1 per hour or part, up to a maximum of $10 a month. This service also supports modem speeds up to V.92. In order to sign up, you have to provide credit card details and there is a one-time fees of $4.95.
